A few practical questions

Before we talk.

Do we need to replace our phone system or CRM?

We start with your existing systems. Phone routing, integration access, and your workflows determine the implementation scope.

What works through phone and website chat?

We scope questions, scheduling, and staff follow-up for each channel. Phone coverage can start after hours or whenever you forward your phones. Phone-call pages provide authorized staff with recordings, transcripts, and email notifications; chat follow-up is configured for your deployment.

Does the assistant confirm appointments or place holds?

Your workflow and connected system determine whether appointments are confirmed or held for staff review. Booking, rescheduling, cancellation, and provider rules are configured and validated during implementation.

What if we use another EMR?

Nextech Select is our first proven integration. We assess other systems individually based on vendor access, supported workflows, and testing. A reusable integration architecture supports that work; it does not mean every EMR is already supported. Operating models and data ownership arrangements depend on your requirements, systems, and integration capabilities.

How do you handle privacy and data responsibilities?

We review data flows, access, retention, and practice-specific HIPAA requirements, and establish the BAA and responsibilities for each deployment. Vendor agreements are one part of the safeguards across the solution and your operations.

What will we see, and how is pricing determined?

The guided Juniper demo uses fictional patient scenarios and a separate demonstration schedule. We discuss your systems and needs, then scope setup, ongoing service, usage, and support for a proposal.
