These terms govern your use of prodsolve.com and any text-message (SMS) program operated by Productive Solutions Inc., LLC ("Productive Solutions," "we," "us"). Services we provide to a client under a written agreement are governed by that agreement.
1. SMS program terms
Program. Productive Solutions operates transactional text-message programs on behalf of client practices that use our after-hours phone assistant. Messages notify designated practice staff that a call needs follow-up, and confirm to callers that an appointment request was received. Each message identifies the practice on whose behalf it is sent.
Opt-in. Practice staff are enrolled by their practice. Callers opt in during a phone call by providing a mobile number and agreeing to receive text and email communications about their appointment request. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
Frequency. Message frequency varies with call activity. A caller typically receives one message per appointment request; staff receive one message per call requiring follow-up.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact josh@prodsolve.com or 512-789-7506.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier network availability.
Privacy. How we handle your information, including that mobile numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing, is described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Website use
You may use prodsolve.com for lawful purposes. Content on the site is ours or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission, except to read it and share links to it. The site is provided as-is; we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Information about our services is general; the scope of any engagement is defined by a written agreement.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Productive Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or an SMS program. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
